ORLANDO, FLORIDA September 11th-15th

My favorite second at the show was a 1/2 hour before it began on Friday morning. Excitement and the smell of fresh carpet lingered on the start of an unknown day. I’d compare it to being in line next for a ride on an unseen roller coaster.

Dbot’s candy coated booth was full of color, energy, and 4 sets of the new Golf Clubs. Everyone who passed handled them along with our bright blue balls. Most came and left the booth with a huge smile. Dbot speakers secured to a golf cart provided music and by popular demand Dbot brought back “the Roller Girl.” She was a success! Our neighbors, Skull Candy, also drew a crowd in our direction with their loud music and innovative headgear.

This year Dbot5 EXPOsed all the right things. The new product and the company’s unconventional style created controversy and stirred the industry at Surf Expo 2008.

This year the lucky at Surf Expo will get the opportunity to putt on Dbot’s green and get their grip on the NEW menacing clubs. With the expo only weeks away our hole needed a name!

So we had a little contest… “Name the Hole!”

CONGRATULATIONS Gavin!

GAVIN (Dbot’s VP of Sales) and his “PAR-TEE HOLE” were awarded the $100 bill that was up for grabs.

Hole names were forwarded to a panel of hole experts. The creator’s identities were left anonymous to the judges. Thank you to all who participated in the contest! DBOT LOVED ALL YOUR HOLES!
